FIRST COURSE

MARINATED MAKO SHARK, JALAPENO SCALLION SLAW, SPINACH PESTO

TOAD HOLLOW “EYE OF THE TOAD” ROSE – SONOMA 2012

A French-style, bone-dry, elegant Rose produced from the noble Pinot Noir grape.  Spice and pepper married with bright and wild strawberry flavors and crisp acidity.

SECOND COURSE

RASPBERRY BARBECUED PORK TENDERLOIN, CHAR GRILLED RADICCHIO & ROMAINE LETTUCES, APPLE, MANCHEGO CHEESE

LUNA PINOT GRIGIO – NAPA VALLEY 2011

This has a pale straw color. Aromas of pear, green apple, white peach and jasmine carry the nose. Hints of Asian spice fill the mouth and the wonderful minerality and full-bodied texture carry through a delicious lemony finish.

THIRD COURSE

ROASTED TOMATO BISQUE

MICHAEL DAVID PETITE PETIT – CALIFORNIA 2011

A  blend of 85% Petite Sirah and 15% Petit Verdot, offering a joyous explosion of color and fun!  It is a substantial, dense, full-bodied, whopper style of wine loaded with pure black fruit and vanilla flavors that coat the palate. It reveals remarkable richness with a finish that is slightly dry and seems to linger.

FOURTH COURSE

GRILLED ALASKAN SALMON, GINGER, LEMON, CONFIT OF ASPARAGUS

JOSEPH CARR VINTAGE – JOSH CELLARS PINOT NOIR – CALIFORNIA 2007

This Pinot Noir, made in a style reminiscent of Burgundy offers bright ripe cherries and deep earthy flavors with spice, subtle oak and delicate texture.

Boasts aromas of cocoa, raspberries and ripe strawberries.  On the palate the wine is round and juicy with flavors of pepper, anise, dark cherry and spice, ending with a lingering finish.
