Valpo Cocktail Challenge: What Is It?
The Valpo 2025 Cocktail Challenge dares cocktail lovers to sip their way through the city’s most innovative bar menus. This curated list includes 15 standout drinks from the town’s most creative restaurants and lounges, including outdoor destinations, fine dining, and everything in between.

With a lineup of 44 martinis, plus handcrafted mules, Manhattans, mojitos, and bloody marys, there’s always something new to sip. However, it’s the mixologist-driven creations, custom cocktails made with purpose and passion, that keep guests coming back.
