When we first brought back the Salad Bar Buffet, it was available Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM — and it quickly became the go-to lunch spot for fans from Valpo, Northwest Indiana, and even Chicago.
Due to overwhelming demand (and lines forming 30 minutes before we open!), we’re extending the buffet to include Thursdays too.
